Refund Policy - the basics
At HomeField Spirit, many items are custom made or personalized specifically for your team, school, or organization. Because of this, custom, printed, embroidered, and personalized items are generally non-refundable once production has started. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and work toward a replacement or appropriate solution.
